How it works

Three steps from
dispatch to debrief.

Every session runs like a real call — from the moment you get on scene to the handover at the hospital door.

Step 01

Choose your call

Pick a scenario from the library — cardiac, respiratory, trauma, and more. Each patient has a unique history, vital picture, and trajectory that responds to what you do.

Step 02

Run the scene

Talk out loud using push-to-talk — your AI patient responds in real time. Delegate to your partner Justin, administer treatments, and watch the patient's vitals shift with every decision.

Step 03

Debrief with Anne

When you call transport, your preceptor Anne reviews the full call — timing, assessments, interventions, and your transport decision — and gives specific, structured feedback on what to sharpen.

Built different

Not a quiz. Not a checklist.
A real call.

Every feature is built around one idea — the closer the training is to reality, the better it prepares you for the moment it counts.

Real-time voice

No typing. No menus. Press to talk and your AI patient responds out loud — the same way you'd work a real call. The hesitation, the reassurance, the patient's fear — it's all there.

Vitals that respond

Administer oxygen and watch SpO₂ climb. Give nitro and see the blood pressure shift. Delay treatment too long and the patient deteriorates. The physiology is deterministic — your decisions matter.

Partner AI — Justin

Your partner Justin works alongside you. Delegate vitals, ask him to set up monitoring, or have him assist with patient care. He responds naturally and reports back with a realistic delay.

Preceptor debrief

Anne has your full call log — every assessment, every intervention, every second of the timeline. Her debrief isn't generic. It's built from what you actually did, or didn't do.

Progress tracking

Your dashboard shows training time, scenarios completed, and an activity calendar. See your consistency over weeks, not just your last session — the same way athletes track their training load.

Hospital handover

The call doesn't end at transport. Radio in your patch report, transfer care to Donna at the receiving hospital, and practise the full patient handover — from scene to door.

Scenario library

Every call type.
Every complexity.

Scenarios span the full range of calls you'll face in the field — from classic presentations to atypical ones that trip up even experienced providers.
