Common questions

Are there any limits on usage?
During beta, there are no enforced limits — train as much as you want. Once paid plans launch, the Pro plan includes 10 hours of AI voice per month. The Unlimited plan has no cap at all. Either way, you'll see your usage in Settings and get a warning before hitting any limit.
What happens if I hit the weekly limit?
On the Pro plan, you won't be able to start a new voice session until your monthly limit resets on your billing date. You can still browse scenarios, review your past debriefs, and read all content. Only the live AI call is paused. If you need more, you can upgrade to Unlimited at any time.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. You can switch from Bring Your Key to Pro (or vice versa) at any time. Stripe billing is prorated so you're never double-charged.
Is this designed for Canadian paramedic scope?
Yes. All scenarios are written to Primary Care Paramedic scope of practice and reviewed against current Canadian protocols. More systems and scope levels are being added.
